Over the past two decades, Ruchika has led people strategy and transformation programs across publicly listed and private equity-backed organisations spanning industries from investment banking and global technology to media, retail, professional services and multinational conglomerate. Her ability to quickly grasp diverse business models and tailor people solutions accordingly is what sets her apart as a strategic and a trusted partner.
